Your love for me, heavenly Father, transcends the hopelessness of this life that so many face and gives me a purpose to live that I so desperately need.
You are an awesome God and I praise You for all that You have done for me. Thank You for Your love, Your direction and Your protection in my life. May my family never forget how awesome You are and may we always express our praise and thanksgiving to You.
You are a holy God, the creator of all things and the God of our Salvation. Thank You for all that You have bestowed upon me and my family. Thank You for sending Your Son to die and pay the penalty for my sins. Thank You for giving me wealth, talents and time so I can honor You. Give me a new vision so that I can do what You call me to do to honor Your name.
Whether I am emotionally up or emotionally down, whether sad or glad, keep me faithful in reading Your Word and give me a song of praise in my heart. Thank You for the words expressed through David that lift me up filling my heart with joy, peace and happiness.
When I face a heavy burden help me to focus on You so that I might be comfortable resting on You. Help me to be available to others that have burdens and that You will be able to work through me to walk a person from their burdens into the care of Your out-stretched hands.
When I face a critical need in my life and need to make a decision help me to wait on You. Help me to be patient, search the scriptures and not rush to a quick answer that is not according to what You want for my life.
When I am lonely, Lord, keep me looking to You for strength and comfort. Thank You Lord for the sacrifice You made for me by dying on the cross to pay for my sins. And thank You Lord for rising again out of the grave so I can serve a risen Savior. Help me this day to be an encouragement to someone who is lonely. Help me to learn to pray for a world that needs to know Jesus. Bless my family today and thank You for providing for me far beyond what I deserve.
